No, this is not a river we´re driving thru, this is what the dirt roads look like after it rains a lot, which is has been doing quite frequently since we got here in November.
We are the current Eastern Mennonite Missions YES team serving in Bolivia, composed of Rachel Albrecht (team leader), Bethany Weiler, Jessica Dening, and Allison Weaver. Our focus will be on learning the Spanish language and culture while in host families, participating in the SASS program, and working at the daycare at the Stansberry Children's Home in Santa Cruz.
